inMotion is the Windows interface at the machine workstation. The application can show a dashboard, hints and pop-ups – as the visible layer for events and status. It does not control machines and is not an MES.
VIGIL ONE is Werkflow's Cognitive Engine – the engine behind inMotion. With a growing data basis, it should help better assess machine behavior and signal relationships. inMotion can make derived notifications visible at the workstation. Notifications do not replace review by qualified personnel.
Classic systems often react only at fixed thresholds – for example when a machine stops or a limit is reached. VIGIL should better link machine signals and time-based relationships and may make anomalies visible earlier. The goal is hints for assessment – not a replacement for reviews or manufacturer specifications.
No. inMotion is not an MES and not a SCADA replacement. It focuses on clear event notifications at the workstation – not on order control, production planning, or complete process monitoring.
Connectivity via OPC-UA – a common industry standard – is planned. Which machine types and signals are supported is discussed individually with test customers. Demo machines are planned for getting started without hardware.
inMotion is under development. Through our contact form you can apply to become a test customer and try out inMotion and VIGIL in a suitable test environment with real machine information.
