VIGIL ONE

The Cognitive Engine.

VIGIL ONE is the Cognitive Engine behind inMotion: it is designed to help, with a growing, machine-specific data basis, better assess signals and relationships – beyond classic threshold-based alarms. Not cloud AI as a substitute, but local assessment on your own network.

Note: inMotion and VIGIL are under development. Test and preview versions are not intended for production-critical processes and do not replace review by qualified personnel, manufacturer specifications, or company safety and maintenance processes.

Anomalies

Make anomalies visible earlier.

VIGIL is designed to make deviations in cycle time, progress, or process rhythm visible – so unusual developments can be reviewed earlier and better assessed.

Spotting anomalies earlier – before the classic alarm

Today and target vision.

Today

Under development

VIGIL is under development. The focus is on structured capture of machine signals, events and time-based relationships, and preparing them more understandably for inMotion.

Target vision

With a growing data basis

With a growing data basis, VIGIL should better recognize recurring patterns and, in the future, assess notifications more precisely and in context.

Insights

What VIGIL makes visible.

Pattern recognition, notifications at the workstation, and the learning path – summarized at a glance.

Impact

From signal to notification.

From the machine through the engine to the notification on the PC – a traceable path that can support assessment.

Machine to VIGIL to inMotion

Machine sends → VIGIL assesses → inMotion can display the notification

On-Prem

Local, on your own network.

The engine can run on the company network. Machine data can be processed locally – VIGIL and inMotion without a cloud requirement.

Local processing and machine-specific learning

In development – with test customers.

Today: runtime core and first notifications in test environments. Next: deeper process understanding – shaped with practical partners and a growing data basis.

Deliberately lean by design.

Werkflow is not a classic MES, not a replacement for machine controllers, and not a safety system. The focus is on clear machine notifications, better assessment, and a simple presentation at the workstation.

Help shape VIGIL

Bring machine information from a suitable test environment and help decide which notifications should be prioritized first.
