2. General information on data processing

We take the protection of personal data seriously. Personal data is processed on this website only to the extent necessary to provide the website, process inquiries, or use the functions offered.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by IONOS. When the website is accessed, technical data may be processed that is necessary for secure and reliable provision of the website. This can include, in particular, IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type, operating system, and technical access data.

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable provision of this website.

4. Contact by email and contact form

If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we process the information you provide to handle your inquiry.

This may include name, company, email address, phone number, number of machines, and message.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if the inquiry relates to a possible contractual or pre-contractual relationship. In all other cases, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Newsletter (Brevo)

Through a form on this website, you can sign up for the Werkflow newsletter. The newsletter, confirmation email, and unsubscribe process are currently provided in German. For sending and managing the newsletter, we use the service Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany).

In particular, your email address is processed, along with any other information you optionally provide, such as name, company, or area of interest.

The purpose of processing is to send occasional information about Werkflow Software, inMotion, VIGIL, product updates, and Early Access.

Registration uses the double opt-in procedure: after signing up, you receive an email with a confirmation link. Only after confirmation is your address added to the distribution list.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in each newsletter email or by sending us a message.

The sign-up form may use a captcha or spam-protection service to prevent abusive entries. Google reCAPTCHA is currently used for this purpose. When such a service is used, technical information such as IP address, browser information, and interaction data may be transmitted to the respective provider.

6. Cookies and statistics

This website currently does not use its own web analytics and does not set its own tracking cookies. However, through embedded services – in particular the Brevo newsletter form and the captcha/spam protection used there (Google reCAPTCHA) – technical data may be processed and cookies or similar technologies may be set by the respective provider. See section 5 for more on the newsletter and captcha.

7. Rights of data subjects

Within the scope of applicable law, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and to revoke any consent given.

8. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
